A graduate of John Carroll University and the University of Akron School of Law, Rachel has a unique background that blends her legal expertise with her entrepreneurial spirit. She co-founded Fully Accountable in 2014 alongside partners Vinnie Fisher and Chris Giorgio and has since grown the company into a thriving enterprise with a 50+ member team.

Rachel’s passion for team building and culture development shines through her leadership style. She is dedicated to fostering high-performance teams, providing extensive training, and ensuring the success of remote, in-house, and hybrid work environments. Outside of her professional achievements, Rachel is deeply committed to giving back. Her dedication to continuous personal and professional evolution is not only inspiring but also a testament to her character. She resides in Medina, Ohio, with her husband, Kevin, and their dog, Tucker.
